Frequently asked questions
Is this case converter free?
Yes — completely free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. All conversion happens in your browser — your text never leaves your device.
What's the difference between Title Case and Sentence case?
Title Case capitalises the first letter of every word (Like This Heading). Sentence case capitalises only the first letter of each sentence (Like this line).
What are camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case?
They're naming styles used in code. camelCase joins words with no spaces and capitalises each after the first (myVariableName). snake_case joins words with underscores (my_variable_name). kebab-case joins them with hyphens (my-variable-name).
Can I convert text I've already converted?
Yes. Your input stays put, so switching between styles always converts the original rather than the last result. To deliberately chain two styles, press "Use output as input" and pick the next one — that's how you get CONSTANT_CASE, for example: snake_case first, then UPPERCASE.
Does it work with accents and non-English text?
Yes. Accented letters, Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic and CJK text all convert correctly and are never dropped, so "café über" becomes "caféÜber" in camelCase rather than losing the accented letters. If you want plain ASCII output instead, the Slug Generator transliterates accents (café becomes cafe).
