Frequently asked questions
What CSV formats are supported?
Comma-separated (.csv) files with optional quoted fields (RFC 4180). Fields containing commas or newlines must be wrapped in double quotes. Both CRLF and LF line endings are handled.
Is there a row or column limit?
No hard limit, but very large files (thousands of rows) may cause the browser to slow down since every cell is rendered in the DOM. For large datasets, use a dedicated spreadsheet app.
Are my edits auto-saved?
No — click Download CSV to save at any time. If you close the tab your changes will be lost.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. All parsing and editing happens in your browser — your file never leaves your device.
